Completando la cuenta de los Hijos de Israel hecha en el Desierto del Sinaí, un total de 8.580 Levitas hombres entre 30 y 50 años son contados para ser aquellos que transportarán el Tabernáculo.
Di-s enseña a Moshe las leyes de la Sotá, una esposa sospechada de haber sido infiel a su marido. También es dada la ley del Nazir

Números 6(24-26)
(22) Y le dijo el Eterno a Moisés:
(23)”Dile a Aarón y a sus hijos que así bendeciréis a los hijos de Israel.
(24) Que el Eterno te bendiga y te guarde.
(25) Que el Eterno haga resplandecer Su rostro sobre ti y te dé Su merced.
(26) Que el Eterno alce Su faz sobre ti y te dé paz.
(27) Y pondrán Mi nombre sobre los hijos de Israel y los bendeciré”.
Todo el pueblo de Israel comprende una sola alma; solo los cuerpos están separados.
