21And say to them, So says the Lord God: Behold I will take the children of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I will gather them from every side, and I will bring them to their land.

כאוְדַבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם כֹּֽה־אָמַר֘ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ הִנֵּ֨ה אֲנִ֚י לֹקֵ֙חַ֙ אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל מִבֵּ֥ין הַגּוֹיִ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָֽלְכוּ־שָׁ֑ם וְקִבַּצְתִּ֚י אֹתָם֙ מִסָּבִ֔יב וְהֵֽבֵאתִ֥י אוֹתָ֖ם אֶל־אַדְמָתָֽם:

(21) Y les dirás; así dice Dios el Eterno: He aquí que tomaré a los hijos de Israel de entre las naciones adonde fueron y los reuniré de todas las partes y los traeré a su propia tierra.

A 73 Años de Aquel 29 de Noviembre de 1947

Cuando terminó la Segunda Guerra Mundial, se conoció la magnitud del Holocausto. Esto aceleró las demandas de resolución de la cuestión de Palestina para que las personas desplazadas, sobrevivientes de la solución final de Hitler, pudieran encontrar refugio en su propia patria. La comunidad judía existente, el “Yishuv”, también estaba prosperando y estaba lista para la independencia. Los británicos trataron de llegar a un acuerdo aceptable tanto para los árabes como para los judíos, pero su insistencia en obtener la aprobación de los primeros garantizó el fracaso porque los árabes no harían ninguna concesión. Posteriormente, los británicos pasaron el tema a la ONU en febrero de 1947. La ONU estableció una Comisión Especial para Palestina (UNSCOP) para idear una solución.
Los delegados de 11 naciones descubrieron lo que durante mucho tiempo había sido evidente: las aspiraciones nacionales conflictivas de judíos y árabes no podían conciliarse. Cuando regresaron, los delegados de siete naciones -Canadá, Checoslovaquia, Guatemala, Países Bajos, Perú, Suecia y Uruguay- recomendaron el establecimiento de dos estados separados, judío y árabe, a los que se incluiría la cooperación económica, con Jerusalén como un enclave internacionalizado. Tres naciones, India, Irán y Yugoslavia, recomendaron un estado unitario con provincias árabes y judías. Australia se abstuvo.
Los judíos de Palestina no estaban satisfechos con el pequeño territorio que les asignaba la Comisión, ni estaban contentos de que Jerusalén hubiera sido separada del Estado judío; sin embargo, acogieron con beneplácito el compromiso. Los árabes rechazaron las recomendaciones de UNSCOP.
El comité ad hoc de la Asamblea General de la ONU rechazó la demanda árabe de un estado árabe unitario. La recomendación de la mayoría para la partición fue vista como una solución más justa y posteriormente adoptada por una votación de 33 a 13 con diez abstenciones el 29 de noviembre de 1947.
Los 33 países (58%) que votaron a favor de la resolución 181 fueron: Australia, Bélgica, Bielorrusia, Bolivia, Brasil, Canadá, Checoslovaquia, Costa Rica, Dinamarca, República Dominicana, Ecuador, Estados Unidos, Filipinas, Francia, Guatemala, Haití, Holanda, Islandia, Liberia, Luxemburgo, Nueva Zelandia, Nicaragua, Noruega, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Polonia, Suecia, Sudáfrica, la Unión Soviética, Ucrania, Uruguay y Venezuela.

Los 13 países (23%) que votaron contra de la resolución 181 fueron: Afganistán, Arabia Saudita, Cuba, Egipto, Grecia, India, Irán, Irak, Líbano, Pakistán, Siria, Turquía y Yemen.

Los países que se abstuvieron fueron 10 (el 18%): Argentina, Colombia, Chile, China, El Salvador, Etiopía, Honduras, México, Reino Unido y Yugoslavia. Tailandia estuvo ausente en la sesión plenaria.
En ese tiempo, 57 estados eran los miembros de las Organización de las Naciones Unidas. El mayor bloque lo constituían los 20 estados latinoamericanos (35% del total).  La mayoría (13) de los 20 países latinoamericanos votó a favor de la partición.

EZEQUIEL 37

(1) Estaba sobre mí la mano del Eterno y el Eterno me llevó en un espíritu y me dejó en medio del Valle que estaba lleno de huesos.

(2) Me hizo pasar junto a ellos y he aquí que eran numerosísimos en el gran valle y he quí que eran huesos secos.

(3) Y me preguntó: “Hijo de hombre, ¿podrán vivir esos huesos?”. Y yo le respondí: “¡Oh Dios Eterno! Solo Tú lo sabes”.

(4) Entonces me dijo: “Profetiza sobre estos huesos y diles: ¡Oh huesos secos! Escuchad la palabra del Eterno.

(5) Así dice Dios el Eterno a estos huesos: He aquí que daré el aliento  entre vosotros y viviréis.

(6) Y pondré sobre vosotros nervios, haré crecer sobre vosotros carne y os cubriré de piel; os infundiré aliento y viviréis, así sabréis que Yo soy el Eterno.

(7) Así profeticé como me fue ordenado y cuando profetizaba, oí un ruido y he aquí una conmoción y los huesos se reunieron, hueso con hueso.

(8) Observé que había nervios sobre ello y surgió la carne y fueron cubiertos de piel, pero no había aliento en ellos.

(9) Entonces me dijo Él: Profetiza al aliento, profetiza, hijo de hombre y di al aliento, asi dice Dios el Eterno: Ven de los cuatro vientos, oh aliento y entra en nuestros muertos para que vivan.

(10) Así profeticé como Él me había ordenado y el aliento vino a ellos; vivieron y se pararon sobre sus pies, constituyendo un ejército sumamente grande.

(11) Y me dijo Él: “Hijo de hombre, estos huesos son toda la casa de Israel. he aquí que dicen: “Nuestros huesos están secos y nuestra esperanza perdida. Somos totalmente cortados”.

(12) Profetiza pues y diles, así dice Dios el Eterno: He aquí abriré vuestros sepulcros, oh pueblo mío y os traeré a la tierra de Israel.

(13) Sabréis que Yo soy el Eterno cuando haya abierto vuestras tumbas y os haya hecho salir de vuestro sepulcros, oh pueblo Mío.

(14) Y pondré Mi espíritu en vosotros y viviréis; os pondré en vuestra propia tierra y sabréis que Yo el Eterno he hablado, y lo he cumplido, dice el Eterno.

(15) Y me vino la palabra del Eterno, diciendo:

(16) “Y tú, hijo de hombre, tómate un palo y escribe sobre él: “Para Judá y para los hijos de Israel, sus compañeros”.

(17) Y júntalos uno con otro como un sólo palo para que se unan en tu mano.

(18) Y cuando los hijos de tu pueblo te hablen diciendo:”¿No has de decirnos que quieres significar con esto?”,

(19) les responderás, así dice Dios el Eterno: he aquí que tomaré el palo de José que esta en la mano de Efraín y las tribus de Israel sus compañeros, los pondré junto con el palo de Judá y haré de ellos un sólo palo y serán uno en Mi mano.

(20) Y los palos donde tú escribes estarán en tu mano delante de los ojos de ellos.

(21) Y les dirás; así dice Dios el Eterno: He aquí que tomaré a los hijos de Israel de entre las naciones adonde fueron y los reuniré de todas las partes y los traeré a su propia tierra.

(22) Haré de ellos una nación en la tierra sobre las montañas de Israel y un rey será rey de  ellos y no serán más dos acciones, ni estarán más divididos en dos reinos,

(23) ni se contaminarán más a sí mismos con sus ídolos, ni con sus cosas detestables, ni con ninguna de sus transgresión sino que Yo los salvaré de todas sus moradas donde han pecado y los purificaré de modo que serán Mi pueblo y Yo seré su Dios.

(24) Y Mi siervo David será rey sobre ellos y todos ellos tendrán un pastor, andarán en Mis preceptos, observarán Mis estatutos y los cumplirán.

(25) Vivirán en la tierra que yo le di a Mi siervo Jacob, donde moraron vuestros padres y vivirán allí, ellos y sus hijos y los hijos de sus hijos para siempre y David Mi siervo será su principe para siempre.

(26) Además haré un pacto de paz con ellos. Será un pacto eterno con ellos, los estableceré, los multiplicaré y pondré Mi Santuario en medio de ellos para siempre.

(27) Mi morada será sobre ellos. Yo seré su Dios y ellos serán Mi pueblo.

(28) Y las naciones sabrán que Yo soy el Eterno que santifica a Israel, cuando Mi santuario esté en medio de ellos para siempre.”

Yechezkel – Ezekiel – Chapter 37

1 The hand of the Lord came upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley, and that was full of bones.		אהָיְתָ֣ה עָלַי֘ יַד־יְהֹוָה֒ וַיּֽוֹצִיאֵ֚נִי בְר֙וּחַ֙ יְהֹוָ֔ה וַיְנִיחֵ֖נִי בְּת֣וֹךְ הַבִּקְעָ֑ה וְהִ֖יא מְלֵאָ֥ה עֲצָמֽוֹת:
2 And He made me pass by them round about, and lo! they were exceedingly many on the surface of the valley, and lo! they were exceedingly dry.		בוְהֶֽעֱבִירַ֥נִי עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם סָבִ֣יב | סָבִ֑יב וְהִנֵּ֨ה רַבּ֚וֹת מְאֹד֙ עַל־פְּנֵ֣י הַבִּקְעָ֔ה וְהִנֵּ֖ה יְבֵשׁ֥וֹת מְאֹֽד:
3 Then He said to me; “Son of man, can these bones become alive?” And I answered, “O Lord God, You [alone] know.”		גוַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הֲתִֽחְיֶ֣ינָה הָֽעֲצָמ֣וֹת הָאֵ֑לֶּה וָֽאֹמַ֕ר אֲדֹנָ֥י יֱהֹוִ֖ה אַתָּ֥ה יָדָֽעְתָּ:
4 And He said to me, “Prophesy over these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.’		דוַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י הִנָּבֵ֖א עַל־הָֽעֲצָמ֣וֹת הָאֵ֑לֶּה וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם הָֽעֲצָמוֹת֙ הַיְבֵשׁ֔וֹת שִׁמְע֖וּ דְּבַר־יְהֹוָֽה:
5 So says the Lord God to these bones; Behold, I will cause spirit to enter into you, and you shall live!		הכֹּ֚ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֔ה לָֽעֲצָמ֖וֹת הָאֵ֑לֶּה הִנֵּ֨ה אֲנִ֜י מֵבִ֥יא בָכֶ֛ם ר֖וּחַ וִֽחְיִיתֶֽם:
6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and I will make flesh grow over you and cover you with skin and put breath into you, and you will live, and you will then know that I am the Lord.”		ווְנָתַתִּי֩ עֲלֵיכֶ֨ם גִּידִ֜ים וְהַֽעֲלֵתִ֧י עֲלֵיכֶ֣ם בָּשָׂ֗ר וְקָֽרַמְתִּ֚י עֲלֵיכֶם֙ ע֔וֹר וְנָתַתִּ֥י בָכֶ֛ם ר֖וּחַ וִֽחְיִיתֶ֑ם וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָֽה:
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded, and there arose a noise when I prophesied, and behold a commotion, and the bones came together, bone to its bone!		זוְנִבֵּ֖אתִי כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֣ר צֻוֵּ֑יתִי וַֽיְהִי־ק֚וֹל כְּהִנָּֽבְאִי֙ וְהִנֵּה־רַ֔עַשׁ וַתִּקְרְב֣וּ עֲצָמ֔וֹת עֶ֖צֶם אֶל־עַצְמֽוֹ:
8 And I looked, and lo! sinews were upon them, and flesh came upon them, and skin covered them from above, but there was still no spirit in them.		חוְרָאִ֜יתִי וְהִנֵּה־עֲלֵיהֶ֚ם גִּידִים֙ וּבָשָׂ֣ר עָלָ֔ה וַיִּקְרַ֧ם עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם ע֖וֹר מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְר֖וּחַ אֵ֥ין בָּהֶֽם:
9 Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the spirit, prophesy, O son of man, and say to the spirit, ‘So says the Lord God: From four sides come, O spirit, and breathe into these slain ones that they may live.’ “		טוַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י הִנָּבֵ֖א אֶל־הָר֑וּחַ הִנָּבֵ֣א בֶן־אָ֠דָם וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ אֶל־הָר֜וּחַ כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר | אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֗ה מֵֽאַרְבַּ֚ע רוּחוֹת֙ בֹּ֣אִי הָר֔וּחַ וּפְחִ֛י בַּֽהֲרוּגִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה וְיִֽחְיֽוּ:
10 And I prophesied as He had commanded me, and the spirit came into them, and they lived and stood on their feet, a very great army, exceedingly so.		יוְהִנַּבֵּ֖אתִי כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֣ר צִוָּ֑נִי וַתָּבוֹא֩ בָהֶ֨ם הָר֜וּחַ וַיִּֽחְי֗וּ וַיַּֽעַמְדוּ֙ עַל־רַגְלֵיהֶ֔ם חַ֖יִל גָּד֥וֹל מְאֹד־מְאֹֽד:
11 Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are all the house of Israel. Behold they say, ‘Our bones have become dried up, our hope is lost, we are clean cut off to ourselves.’		יאוַיֹּאמֶר֘ אֵלַי֒ בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הָֽעֲצָמ֣וֹת הָאֵ֔לֶּה כָּל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל הֵ֑מָּה הִנֵּ֣ה אֹֽמְרִ֗ים יָֽבְשׁ֧וּ עַצְמוֹתֵ֛ינוּ וְאָבְדָ֥ה תִקְוָתֵ֖נוּ נִגְזַ֥רְנוּ לָֽנוּ:
12 Therefore, prophesy and say to them, So says the Lord God: Lo! I open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves as My people, and bring you home to the land of Israel.		יבלָכֵן֩ הִנָּבֵ֨א וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֜ אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם כֹּֽה־אָמַר֘ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ הִנֵּה֩ אֲנִ֨י פֹתֵ֜חַ אֶת־קִבְרֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗ם וְהַֽעֲלֵיתִ֥י אֶתְכֶ֛ם מִקִּבְרֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם עַמִּ֑י וְהֵבֵאתִ֥י אֶתְכֶ֖ם אֶל־אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל:
13 Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and lead you up out of your graves as My people.		יגוִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה בְּפִתְחִ֣י אֶת־קִבְרֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗ם וּבְהַֽעֲלוֹתִ֥י אֶתְכֶ֛ם מִקִּבְרֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם עַמִּֽי:
14 And I will put My spirit into you, and you shall live, and I will set you on your land, and you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and have performed it,” says the Lord.		ידוְנָֽתַתִּ֨י רוּחִ֚י בָכֶם֙ וִֽחְיִיתֶ֔ם וְהִנַּחְתִּ֥י אֶתְכֶ֖ם עַל־אַדְמַתְכֶ֑ם וִֽידַעְתֶּ֞ם כִּ֣י־אֲנִ֧י יְהֹוָ֛ה דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי וְעָשִׂ֖יתִי נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה:
15 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:		טווַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהֹוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר:
16 “And you, son of man, take for yourself one stick and write upon it, ‘For Judah and for the children of Israel his companions’; and take one stick and write upon it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and all the house of Israel, his companions.’		טזוְאַתָּ֣ה בֶן־אָדָ֗ם קַח־לְךָ֙ עֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֔ד וּכְתֹ֚ב עָלָיו֙ לִֽיהוּדָ֔ה וְלִבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל חֲבֵרָ֑יו (כתיב חֲבֵרָ֑ו) וּלְקַח֙ עֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֔ד וּכְת֣וֹב עָלָ֗יו לְיוֹסֵף֙ עֵ֣ץ אֶפְרַ֔יִם וְכָל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל חֲבֵרָֽיו (כתיב חֲבֵרָֽו) :
17 And bring them close, one to the other into one stick, and they shall be one in your hand.		יזוְקָרַ֨ב אֹתָ֜ם אֶחָ֧ד אֶל־אֶחָ֛ד לְךָ֖ לְעֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֑ד וְהָי֥וּ לַֽאֲחָדִ֖ים בְּיָדֶֽךָ:
18 And when the children of your people say to you, saying, ‘Will you not tell us what these are to you?’		יחוְכַֽאֲשֶׁר֙ יֹֽאמְר֣וּ אֵלֶ֔יךָ בְּנֵ֥י עַמְּךָ֖ לֵאמֹ֑ר הֲלֽוֹא־תַגִּ֥יד לָ֖נוּ מָה־אֵ֥לֶּה לָּֽךְ:
19 Say to them, So says the Lord God: Behold I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim and the tribes of Israel his companions, and I will place them with him with the stick of Judah, and I will make them into one stick, and they shall become one in My hand.		יטדַּבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵהֶ֗ם כֹּֽה־אָמַר֘ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ הִנֵּה֩ אֲנִ֨י לֹקֵ֜חַ אֶת־עֵ֚ץ יוֹסֵף֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בְּיַד־אֶפְרַ֔יִם וְשִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל חֲבֵרָ֑יו(כתיב חֲבֵרָ֑ו) וְנָֽתַתִּי֩ אוֹתָ֨ם עָלָ֜יו אֶת־עֵ֣ץ יְהוּדָ֗ה וַֽעֲשִׂיתִם֙ לְעֵ֣ץ אֶחָ֔ד וְהָי֥וּ אֶחָ֖ד בְּיָדִֽי:
20 And the sticks upon which you shall write shall be in your hand before their eyes.		כוְהָי֨וּ הָעֵצִ֜ים אֲשֶׁר־תִּכְתֹּ֧ב עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם בְּיָֽדְךָ֖ לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם:
21 And say to them, So says the Lord God: Behold I will take the children of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I will gather them from every side, and I will bring them to their land.		כאוְדַבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם כֹּֽה־אָמַר֘ אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִה֒ הִנֵּ֨ה אֲנִ֚י לֹקֵ֙חַ֙ אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל מִבֵּ֥ין הַגּוֹיִ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָֽלְכוּ־שָׁ֑ם וְקִבַּצְתִּ֚י אֹתָם֙ מִסָּבִ֔יב וְהֵֽבֵאתִ֥י אוֹתָ֖ם אֶל־אַדְמָתָֽם:
22 And I will make them into one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel, and one king shall be to them all as a king; and they shall no longer be two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms anymore.		כבוְעָשִׂ֣יתִי אֹ֠תָם לְג֨וֹי אֶחָ֚ד בָּאָ֙רֶץ֙ בְּהָרֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וּמֶ֧לֶךְ אֶחָ֛ד יִֽהְיֶ֥ה לְכֻלָּ֖ם לְמֶ֑לֶךְ וְלֹ֚א יִֽהְיוּ־ (כתיב יִֽהְיֻה) עוֹד֙ לִשְׁנֵ֣י גוֹיִ֔ם וְלֹ֨א יֵחָ֥צוּ ע֛וֹד לִשְׁתֵּ֥י מַמְלָכ֖וֹת עֽוֹד:
23 And they shall no longer defile themselves with their idols, with their detestable things, or with all their transgressions, and I will save them from all their habitations in which they have sinned, and I will purify them, and they shall be to Me as a people, and I will be to them as a God.		כגוְלֹ֧א יִֽטַמְּא֣וּ ע֗וֹד בְּגִלּֽוּלֵיהֶם֙ וּבְשִׁקּ֣וּצֵיהֶ֔ם וּבְכֹ֖ל פִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֑ם וְהֽוֹשַׁעְתִּ֣י אֹתָ֗ם מִכֹּ֚ל מֽוֹשְׁבֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר חָֽטְא֣וּ בָהֶ֔ם וְטִֽהַרְתִּ֚י אוֹתָם֙ וְהָֽיוּ־לִ֣י לְעָ֔ם וַֽאֲנִ֕י אֶֽהְיֶ֥ה לָהֶ֖ם לֵֽאלֹהִֽים:
24 And My servant David shall be king over them, and one shepherd shall be for them all, and they shall walk in My ordinances and observe My statutes and perform them.		כדוְעַבְדִּ֚י דָוִד֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וְרוֹעֶ֥ה אֶחָ֖ד יִהְיֶ֣ה לְכֻלָּ֑ם וּבְמִשְׁפָּטַ֣י יֵלֵ֔כוּ וְחֻקֹּתַ֥י יִשְׁמְר֖וּ וְעָשׂ֥וּ אוֹתָֽם:
25 And they shall dwell on the land that I have given to My servant, to Jacob, wherein your forefathers lived; and they shall dwell upon it, they and their children and their children’s children, forever; and My servant David shall be their prince forever.		כהוְיָֽשְׁב֣וּ עַל־הָאָ֗רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֚ר נָתַ֙תִּי֙ לְעַבְדִּ֣י לְיַֽעֲקֹ֔ב אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָֽשְׁבוּ־בָ֖הּ אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם וְיָֽשְׁב֣וּ עָלֶ֡יהָ הֵ֠מָּה וּבְנֵיהֶ֞ם וּבְנֵ֚י בְנֵיהֶם֙ עַד־עוֹלָ֔ם וְדָוִ֣ד עַבְדִּ֔י נָשִׂ֥יא לָהֶ֖ם לְעוֹלָֽם:
26 And I will form a covenant of peace for them, an everlasting covenant shall be with them; and I will establish them and I will multiply them, and I will place My Sanctuary in their midst forever.		כווְכָרַתִּ֚י לָהֶם֙ בְּרִ֣ית שָׁל֔וֹם בְּרִ֥ית עוֹלָ֖ם יִֽהְיֶ֣ה אוֹתָ֑ם וּנְתַתִּים֙ וְהִרְבֵּיתִ֣י אוֹתָ֔ם וְנָֽתַתִּ֧י אֶת־מִקְדָּשִׁ֛י בְּתוֹכָ֖ם לְעוֹלָֽם:
27 And My dwelling place shall be over them, and I will be to them for a God, and they shall be to Me as a people.		כזוְהָיָ֚ה מִשְׁכָּנִי֙ עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וְהָיִ֥יתִי לָהֶ֖ם לֵֽאלֹהִ֑ים וְהֵ֖מָּה יִֽהְיוּ־לִ֥י לְעָֽם:
28 And the nations shall know that I am the Lord, Who sanctifies Israel, when My Sanctuary is in their midst forever.”		כחוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ הַגּוֹיִ֔ם כִּי אֲנִ֣י יְהֹוָ֔ה מְקַדֵּ֖שׁ אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בִּֽהְי֧וֹת מִקְדָּשִׁ֛י בְּתוֹכָ֖ם לְעוֹלָֽם:
